RDB manages everything from land analysis, design and planning to permits and construction. We pride ourselves in cost control and on-time delivery. This control coupled with our project development process allows for fast tracking project development while maintaining budgets. The architects and design-build team meet with our engineers, city representatives, and subcontractors to determine all aspects of efficient design and construction. Once we identify a physical site, the RDB design team reviews all information and assembles the project budget. After the estimate has been completed, the RDB Management Team presents a detailed and accurate proposal.
