Jim Penrod is the general manager of RDB Development. He began working for Roger Buttrum in 1987 and today has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Jim oversees the planning and supervision of all company projects from foundation to finish. His broad expertise and experience facilitates successful projects delivered on schedule, to specifications and within budget.
Jennifer Paielli is the Senior Property Manager for RDB Development. Jennifer has over 13 years experience in Property Management. Before joining RDB Development Jennifer worked with REB Limited as their Chief Financial Officer overseeing the Commercial, Office, Industrial, and multifamily leasing and accounting operations. Jennifer currently oversees the RDB Leasing team, working with accounting, construction and marketing departments and performs a variety of property management services.
Katie Lockwood is the Marketing Director for RDB Development. A native Arizonian and a licensed commercial real estate agent, Katie offers firsthand knowledge and valuable insight in the fast-paced field of development and construction management. Her marketing and communication expertise actively serves RDB clients, helping them to locate and secure ideal facilities. An avid painter and art collector, Katie has also contributed to the interior design and staging for some of RDB's premier projects.
Jo Schwan brings almost twenty-five years of experience in commercial leasing & sales to the clients of RDB Development. She joined RDB Development in early 2006 after serving as vice president of the commercial division of Levrose Real Estate in Scottsdale. Involved with multiple retail, office and industrial properties, Jo enjoys the excitement of the real estate leasing market and attributes her long lasting career to creativity in problem solving and excellent communication with clients.
Riley Gilbert joined RDB Development after working at Ross Property Advisors as an Associate specializing in tenant representation. His background includes extensive research in the Greater Phoenix Industrial Distribution Market.. Riley holds a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate from The W.P. Carey School of Business, at Arizona State University and is an active member of the Arizona State University Real Estate Alumni Association. As a native Arizonan raised in the Southeast Valley , Riley has developed a great knowledge and understanding of the Arizona Commercial Real Estate Market.
